i'm just test 3.0 & 3.0.X and works well, when test, works well and then fail, was much more stable and fail once: as I said earlier, each kernel update/change, changes level IDs of sound card by module asigned, then error its now present again. I had to reboot with acpi = off, then restart the sound card with "alsactl init" and then boot again normally without problem, so does same with the other kernel 2.6.39 and 2.6.32
seem that module for sound card changes every kernel update/change, and the error apaers, but i not sure.. due other day error was on other module.. i will test for a while more, and just report tomorow see you i will hope this help a litte more On Tue, Oct 4, 2011 at 5:27 PM, Ben Hutchings <b...@decadent.org.uk> wrote: > On Tue, Oct 04, 2011 at 03:22:17PM -0430, PICCORO McKAY Lenz wrote: >> err currently i'm prefer stable.. this trend for lasted software its a >> windoze think >> >> i' talking ab out stable kernel bug, what about that? > [...] > > I'm asking you to test 3.0, to see whether the bug has been fixed > upstream.
