The system (independient of kernel even backport version or oficial ) hangs, and stops, i investigated with dmesg, and so then found this trace : irq 10: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option) ..after few second system hangs! The irq acpi asigned its for sound card when acpi are enabled. In next boot i disable acpi complety parsing acpi=off and system works perfectly, this with 2.6.32 or 2.6.38 independiently PLEASE note that the lspci and others results on report was when acpi are disabled!
