This information is unfortunately useless.
Could you please provide the output of nm-tool and a debug log of NetworkManager
following the instructions at [1].

Which desktop environment and NM frontend do you use:
plasma-widget-networkmanagement (KDE) or network-manager-gnome/nm-applet 
(GNOME)?

Did you restart nm-applet/pnm after the upgrade?
