Well, you upgraded gnome-disk-utility to the experimental version (using GTK3),
but you kept libgdu-gtk0 at 2.30.1-2, which is using (GTK2).
Could you upgrade libgdu-gtk0 too and try again, please

Yes, I upgraded libgdu-gtk0 to 3.0.0-1 from experimental and the problem
has been solved.
Sould gnome-disk-utility depend on libgdu-gtk0 >= 3.0.0?
