I'm tempted to do that, but would hate to think that could make potential users of wpasupplicant's ability to interface with pcsc have a much harder time on Debian. What got us here is mostly due to pcsc maintainers unwillingness to move shared lib to /lib, and using an inappropriately strong relationship between related packages. > > I've been running wpasupplicant 0.7.1 for weeks now and for my purposes > (wpa(2) > psk) it was rock solid. > Kel, would you mind uploading it to unstable? Thanks for the continued support, the source package is at: http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/w/wpasupplicant/wpasupplicant_0.7.3-2.dsc Changes: wpasupplicant (0.7.3-2) unstable; urgency=low . * Upload to unstable. * Remove 08_pcsc_dynamic.patch and forget the idea about dynamically loading libpcsc. (Closes: #618719) * Build with support for pcsc and link with libpcsc. Reopens #531592 and #612715.
