Hello, I am the Debian maintainer for the movabletype-opensource package, which includes your "Date Slider" flash application[0]. As you can see from the Debian BTS[1] and Debian wiki[2] this is unfortunately not considered "DFSG-free", which means that it cannot be included in the main component of Debian.
Is there any chance you would be willing to relicence this to a DFSG free licence[3]? I believe all that would be required for this to happen would be an email asserting that you are the copyright holder for the work, and that you licence the work (additionally) under the new licence which I can include in the Debian package. Note that there are other problems which prevent the inclusion in main; if you were able to relicense this component it would mean that rather than moving the package to "non-free" it would move to "contrib".
