Sorry, I should have look deeper before reporting. If I install lazarus-ide-gtk2, all works fine.
Thanks to snapshot.debian.org, I try also - lazarus-ide-qt4_0.9.28.2-10_i386.deb - lazarus-ide-qt4_0.9.28.2-9_i386.deb but trouble is the same. There is no /usr/lib contents in lazarus-ide-qt4. Before that (2010-04-04), there was only lazarus-ide package. If I trust my ~/.lazarus, I probably install lazarus on 3rd january 2010 to test it. Since that, it has been updated by aptitude safe-upgrade but I did not try it again until now. Hope this is of better help than my previous report.
