You can use the patch provided here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?msg=10;filename=fix583475.patch;att=1;bug=583475 The point Mehdi talks about is valid but needs to be clarified in the Debian packaging policy -- after discussing best practices among other pkg-ocaml-maint members.
