I'll have to script logic to deal with any changes a user may have already made to files in /etc/. The e16 1.0.2-1 packages at the URL below should work for you. They'll leave /etc untouched, but you can just delete /etc/e16/. You may have to delete your cache in $HOME/.e16/. I'm not entirely sure about that.
