I am unable to reproduce this bug on squeeze/testing. Steps taken in attempt to reproduce: sudo aptitude install tinyproxy dansguardian (dansguardian's startup script warns that it needs additional configuration) Edit /etc/dansguardian/dansguardian.conf: comment out UNCONFIGURED at top, edit proxyport to 8888 (default for tinyproxy) Start iceweasel, Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Network->Settings Manual proxy configuration, HTTP Proxy localhost, Port 8080 (filterport in dansguardian.conf) Click okay. Go to Google, search for the f-bomb, get page: "Access has been denied! Weighted phrase limit exceeded." Going directly to some adult sites has the same effect.
Note: Setting the proxy port to 8888 (direct to tinyproxy instead of via Dan's Guardian) bypasses the filter, as expected.
