Well, actually that is the problem here: libavoabl?.so (in -evolution) is 
registered
in services.rdb. OOo Base tries to load it -> not there -> boom (yes, it should 
handle
that more graceful, and something changed in 3.1 which broke this finally after 
the
same packaging worked with 3.0 - but that was discussed with upstream in #527910
already)
