I don't know. In the past I was requested to package this book by some
italian readers, but I don't know really how may users actually use it
and if it's still useful for debian.

Anyway if you think the package wastes too much disk space it is ok for
me to remove it.

Should I take some action to have the package actually removed from
the archives or is this mail sufficient?

BTW, you should remove also alml which is only used for packaging
this book.
