Yes, that's the way to go, I think. These are not that trivial to change in openmpi but I'm working on that. Debhelper stuff needs to be adjusted, so it shouldn't that hard to do in theory; one just has to watch out for what goes where. > The only way we could do better is to use the same names for our fortran > and C++ library .so alternatives.
