Two French Debian users have reported that LinCVS 1.4.0 doesn't start
for them anymore. It seems to hang in a endless loop somewhere (I hadn't
time yet to look closer at this myself).

starting lincvs hangs; starting it with -d shows an endless list of:
"Debug: Type: 2 seems to have duplicate MenuItems: Annoter (chercher la
ligne)"
starting the app whith 'LANG="en" lincvs' works fine
