Hi Carsten,

Down here in the Debian bug tracking system we've got a bug report
about a wrong definition of the language Erlang. The version in teTeX
3.0 still exposes that bug and seems to be the latest one.

Kind Regards,
  Hilmar

\documentclass[a4paper]{article}
\usepackage{listings}

\begin{document}
\lstset{language=erlang}
        \begin{lstlisting}
        -module (pippo).
        -export (pippo).
        pippo (A,b) -> c.
        \end{lstlisting}
\end{document}

#### Simple patch:

The problem is in the definition of "otherkeywords" at line 149 of the
file "/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/listings/lstlang3.sty".

The bugged line is:
otherkeywords={->,!,[,],\{,\},},%

and should be simply replaced by:
otherkeywords={->,!,[,],\{,\}},%

The problem is the extra common between "\}" and "}".
