IMHO there was months of no activity from anybody on this package,
this isn't the way of "maintaining" a package. Maintaining package
doesn't only mean to keep it "alive", especially for such an old
thing. We are expected to freeze Wheezy in June, and release it in
next February, we need to care about whether it's really suitable for
a stable release AND whether there is the manpower to support it
during the lifetime of a stable release.

I added moreinfo tag to these two bugs in case you really want to take
over them. By saying such, you might want to provide an upload or at
least do some meaningful stuff regarding this package.

Anyway it's time to ask users to switch to another framework, for
example IBus. I don't think it's reasonable to keep SCIM after Wheezy
based on its current status.
