Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'squeeze'.
It installed fine in 'squeeze', then the upgrade to 'wheezy' fails.

The test did the following:
setup minimal squeeze chroot
install irussian/squeeze
distupgrade wheezy
==> FAIL
dictionaries-common installs and upgrades fine if there is no dictionary
installed at all.
Same problem occurs with other dictionaries, see e.g.
