bsd-mailx does not produce Date field, so it cannot be its bug. That's
why I reassigned it to exim4, but to be honest I cannot believe that it
could violate the RFC so seriously.

However... I've just checked the headers of your first e-mail (attached
below), and it seems that Date: field is OK (but I think the header was
set up by the reportbug tool), but Received: field contains a date
translated into Italian. Strange.
