For a start, it should be Depends, and the stuff from mozilla-devscripts
warns about that.

Secondly, it does not have any Breaks/Conflicts/Depends for the maximum
version of iceweasel supported. This means that when the user upgrades
iceweasel there is a good chance that this plugin will be disabled.
