Why do you call that broken? These are the earliest versions certificatepatrol declares to be compatible with. They are horribly outdated but users of wheezy or later will see newer versions anyway. The Recommends: line is substituted using '${xpi:Recommends}', so you might want to turn to the mozilla-devscripts package. Christoph
