-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Package: lightdm Version: 0.9.7-1 Severity: normal
I have a fully automated installation with preseed files. Content of the package part of the preseed configuration (lightdm-part): > d-i pkgsel/include string \ > ... > lightdm lightdm-gtk-greeter \ > ... During installation of my Debian system, there is the message of the already installed file /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf. I have the choice: - - Installation of this file with the version of the package maintainer - - Keep the already installed version - - See the difference of the two versions But i can't do any choice during installation of a new Debian. If i have a look at the console (Alt+F4), i see: - - First, there is lightdm-gtk-greeter installed. - - Immediately after lightdm-gtk-greeter, there is lightdm installed. During installation of package lightdm, there is the message of the already installed file /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf. I don't know exactly, which package installs the file /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf first. I assume, this is lightdm-gtk-greeter. If you need further informations, please let me know.
