liblwp-parallel-perl has a rdep in non-free (ensembl) which was the
reason why we got libwww5.808-perl at all.

This was always a bad idea; I mentioned two alternatives earlier[1].
In any case the plan was to get rid on the old version of libwww-perl at
some point of time.  Has there been any progress on this?
