Hi, First, Mozc is not BSD license, this is mixed with some licenses. Especially, the dictionary data is BSD, IPA-dic license, and the latter is not DFSG-free. Therefore, licenses cannot be united.
It is impossible to separate the part of IPA-dic because the dictionary data that exists in the source code distributed now is the one that has already been generated on the Google side. I think that we cannot solve this problem as long as original data is not provided on the Google side.
