No, this is a Flash bug. The glibc bug you are looking for is Bug#625522. See /usr/share/doc/libc6/NEWS.Debian.gz for workarounds and https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-5739 for a binary patch. If it is possible to work around this in the flashplugin-nonfree packaging, that would be a welcome thing.
