libwnck-3-dev Conflicts with libwnck-dev, which is really inconvenient.

It means that one can't have a library that builds against libwnck but wants to 
provide both gtk2 and gtk3 versions (in the same source package).

It seems that the only reason for the Conflict is /usr/bin/wnckprop.  Can we 
version that to /usr/bin/wnck3prop or similar?
