Well, I understand. That's why I had to apt-get install console-data.
However I still need console-data to get pc-dvorak-latin1 keymap
installed. How would you set this keymap up as
XKB{MODEL,LAYOUT,VARIANT,OPTIONS} variables in /etc/default/keyboard?
