Help welcome in debian/control, you use 'Bastien Roucariès <roucaries.bastien+deb...@gmail.com>', but in debian/changelog you use 'Bastien ROUCARIÈS <roucaries.bastien+deb...@gmail.com>'. therefore, since the name doesn't match, you as the uploader (from changelog) are not marked as co-maintainer (in control) and hence lintian thinks you're doing an (improper versioned) NMU.
