So i misunderstood the configuration mechanism, sorry, i will stop submitting annoying bugs (too late for last one, sorry).
IMHO the package should either come with some default config files to be usable out of the box, either the need to add this configuration files should be explicited in README.Debian. No user should experience such errors when browsing on the first link.
