Ben - I've had a request to package pspp 0.7.6, but I see you have not announced it. Do you think it's stable enough to release?
FWIW I downloaded the sources from a link in one of your list emails and built a package. "make check" gave me this: ## ------------- ## ## Test results. ## ## ------------- ## ERROR: 677 tests were run, 7 failed unexpectedly. 1 test was skipped. ## ------------------------ ## ## Summary of the failures. ## ## ------------------------ ## Failed tests: GNU PSPP 0.7.6 test suite test groups: NUM: FILE-NAME:LINE TEST-GROUP-NAME KEYWORDS 104: get.at:92 GET with /KEEP=ALL crashes -- uncompressed 105: get.at:93 GET with /KEEP=ALL crashes -- compressed 187: evaluate.at:1270 expressions - xdate 188: evaluate.at:1555 expressions - datediff 285: npar.at:634 NPAR Kruskal-Wallis test 286: npar.at:729 NPAR Kruskal-Wallis multiple-variables 678: perl-module.at:705 Perl Pspp.t Skipped tests: GNU PSPP 0.7.6 test suite test groups: NUM: FILE-NAME:LINE TEST-GROUP-NAME KEYWORDS 92: get-data-psql.at:123 GET DATA /TYPE=PSQL ------- Start of forwarded message ------- Subject: Bug#606010: New upstream version 0.7.6 available Reply-To: Guido =?UTF-8?Q?G=C3=BCnther?= <a...@sigxcpu.org>, 606...@bugs.debian.org Date: Sun, 5 Dec 2010 15:42:05 +0100 From: Guido =?UTF-8?Q?G=C3=BCnther?= <a...@sigxcpu.org> To: Debian Bug Tracking System <sub...@bugs.debian.org> Package: pspp Severity: wishlist Hi, I'd be great to have a 0.7.6 version available in Debian.
