This is the root issue of why it isn't installed by default in Debian
for ages, because the maintainers have missed that tic installed
outside from the DESTDIR, that's all. *this* is the root of all the
issues actually.

All I say is that it's nicer if it's fixed at the rxvt-unicode level
because it's really easy to miss (this Debian bug is just the proof of
it)
