It will avoid many "phpbb3 debian package is broken" messages in forums
over internet in the next few years :)

Actually, I thinks there is still a problem if someone access the same
forum from several addresses. For example, www.example.com and
example.com would yield different cache directory, and the bug is more
subtle because if the administrator always use example.com, only the
users using www.example.com will see a problem.

I'm afraid there is no automatic solution, so better keep the
documentation in the README.Debian file.
