The Logitech "Corded Keyboard" has a (drawn) comma instead of the decimal point on the numeric pad. When I type this decimal comma, I get a point decimal. More, in France, the comma is the normal decimal separator. This is important in Gnumeric, OpenOffice.org calc and others. So comma should be the default when we type on decimal (point) or comma on the numeric pad if the layout is french or if the keyboard is from Logitech "Corded Keyboard" (for french market ?).
