The warning is: PHP Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in /usr/share/php/nusoap/nusoap.php on line 7381 It doesn't read "will soon be deprecated" but really *is* deprecated, which is the present tense. So it's deprecated *now* and will be completely unsupported in the future. If one day, we have a backport of php6 in Squeeze (which sound really possible in 1 or 2 years from now, with the 5.x branch of PHP becoming obsolete at some point), nusoap will have serious issues with a big crash. I don't think it's reasonable to leave things the way they are right now. Thomas -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
