Package: plymouth
Version: 0.8.3-6
Severity: normal

Hi,

when I use Escape to switch from the graphical plymouth screen to the
text screen, I see the system boot, but misformatted. It looks like \r
only causes a line feed, not a carriage return, as long as plymouthd
is running.

I have seen this behavior when playing with plymouth on the command
line as well.

Greetings
Marc
