As far as I know, uscan does not support filtering on information besides version numbers. Furthermore Sourceforge is a special case for uscan and we get [1] where these notes are no longer visible anyway. But versioning seems to follow a scheme: 1.2xy is unstable if and only if x is odd. That should be something we can filter on. We should make sure upstream really uses this system before though.
