Hi,

I have seen cases where this is true (or just where peoples time is sucked up hard), so saying "for someone with an ubuntu mail address we need to take an extra look he has proper time" is fair. The same is obviously true for a couple of other companies (I know people who started working for google, and completly disappeared from debian within no time span). Also I'm convinced this isn't an issue with Matthias. And obviously it would make sense to have maintainers working for different companies, so that not all of them are bitten by loads of payed work at the same time because some important release needs to be done.
