Hey, not sure if it's the same issue (thus not providing reportbug Version: header), but it seems that I can reproduce on squeeze. When switching to runlevel2, the vt is changed to vt1. I use the concurrency=Makefile (which is default anyway, iirc), but I assume it's supposed to not matter anymore?
I tried to purge and reinstall plymouth, but it fails because of missing /etc/plymouth/plymouth.conf (another bug coming). Cheers, -- Yves-Alexis
