I'm torn. On one hand it's custom code that gets executed
unconditionally without requiring any action from the user. That stinks
slightly. On the other hand eproject doesn't actually alter behaviour or
anything like that by default, and I rather like the idea of other
extensions relying on it, like pod-mode, to just DWIM, especially as
eproject works just fine even without any configuration for the types of
projects someone is working with.

So while I'd rather have it on by default, I also see why someone would
not want that. I think a defcustom defaulting to On would be a
reasonable compromise.
