With the improved support for packaging legacy versions in the nvidia-glx package it should be rather easy to create additional packages for instrumented driver, e.g. using names like nvidia-glx-instrumented-123xx. But the last release of the PerfKit for Linux is only 6.0 and comes with a dated 173.13 driver (compared to 195.36.31 current stable and 256.25 beta), so I'm currently not looking into packaging the old version.
