The bug is back in 2.11.1-1. At least /usr/lib/R/lib/libRblas.so /usr/lib/R/lib/libRlapack.so are back on armel [1] and they make kdeedu FTBFS [2] again. Interestingly enough, 2.11.0-2 changelog entry vanished from the 2.11.1-1 build [3] as well. Did you base new version on the old packaging?
