Hi, I've just got round to looking at this report. This one isn't obvious to me; there haven't been any other reports of this error and I can't reproduce it myself. Could you let me know exactly what steps you took to reproduce this? Which pages on your RT server exhibit the problem? All tickets, or just some? Anything special about the tickets? Have you done anything to delete anything from the database (either manually or using the shredder tool)? Can you confirm that this only happened after the upgrade to RT 3.8.8?
