The firmware file is also in git and can be downloaded over HTTP via gitweb. This is done in the prism2-usb-firmware-installer.postinst. For reference, until we get these instructions somewhere in the package: 1. Download http://git.shaftnet.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=linux-wlan-ng.git;a=blob_plain;f=src/prism2/ru010803.hex;hb=HEAD 2. Copy it to /lib/firmware/ru010803.hex 3. Install prism2-usb-firmware-installer (or run dpkg-reconfigure prism2-usb-firmware-installer if it is already installed). Actually these instructions are already displayed if the prism2-usb-firmware-installer postinst fails to download the firmware file, just without the URL which I can add for a start. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
