Package: mutt Version: 1.5.18-6 Severity: normal Hello,
One of my mail servers has a check on length of MIME boundary fields, and I see I just rejected a mail from a mutt user due to: Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha1; protocol="application/pgp-signature"; boundary="=_static.213-239-213-133.clients.your-server.de-18720-1274617968-0001-2" sg...@draghi:~$ echo -ne '=_static.213-239-213-133.clients.your-server.de-18720-1274617968-0001-2' | wc -c 71 The rule is: "Encapsulation boundaries may be no longer than 70 characters, not counting the blank line and leading hyphens." If this had had a leading hyphen instead of a leading equals sign, it would have been legal. CC'ing the person who sent the mail that made me notice (not that it's their fault, but I figure they may want to know that they are generating wrong headers).
