OK. Are you working on this, and is it likely to be operational quickly? You said earlier that you did not have time to work on this, and I wonder if this is still the case. I need a mobile laptop solution for Squeeze that work out of the box with the default packages, and hoped nscd and libpam-ccreds could be changed to make this happen. Without pam-auth-update support for libpam-ccreds, libpam-ccreds will not be an alternative.
