I thought "iceweasel -safe-mode" did that but it seems it does not. Uninstalling flash or using mozilla-plugin-gnash it works fine indeed. It would be nice if iceweasel could "sandbox" flash (as unfortunately many sites are using it) but I guess it is not for the near future...
