Package: exim4-config Version: 4.69-9 Severity: minor man update-exim4.conf says that dc_relay_domains sets the macro MAIN_RELAY_DOMAINS. config.autogenerated seems to use MAIN_RELAY_TO_DOMAINS. I suggest updating the man page, since the latter name is clearer.
