I added completion for the playlist command on the wiki. However, I don't know how to make bash do what it does for files: it shows the completions without escapes but adds escapes to the command line so that files containing space can be completed. Without escaping the names with spaces and other funny characters won't work, with escapes the escapes are shown in the displayed list as well.
