I don't think so. What one really needs is to get it fixed upstream,
and if there's a bugreport there already, I think we're good. I'll
probably -done this bug with the appropriate package & version once
the fix flows in Debian.

I've been thinking about that over night, and I'd tend to agree with
you; I'll probably keep it in experimental until at least the next
alpha release.

Many thanks for underlining the fact you have some stability and
regression issues.
