libgdal1-grass and qgis-plugin-grass are available from the DebianGIS repository: http://pkg-grass.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?DebianGisRepository These are ready to go into unstable, but have been held up by the C++ ABI transition.
