I just did a first build today and could probably upload the NMU, but
I have one question:

W: dbconfig-common source: package-uses-deprecated-debhelper-compat-version 4

N:

N: The debhelper compatibility version used by this package is marked as

N: deprecated by the debhelper developer. You should really consider using

N: a newer compatibility version.

Indeed, bumping the debhelper compatibility to 7 would be a good idea
(and not really costly on needed changes: just replace "dh_clean -k"
by "dh_prep").

It's quite uncommon to have a quite actively package that's still at 4
for dh compatibility level...

What's the "right" command to clone the git repo?
